Following the EPA's announcement of its RFS targets for 2015 and 2016, we have launched a platform to enable biofuel supporters to send the agency comments on its ill-conceived proposal.
The E15 Dispenser bill, which was signed into law by Gov. Mark Dayton, goes into effect July 1 and will help up to 100 fuel retailers in the state make minor modifications to offer E15.

The E15 Dispenser Bill, which was signed into law by Gov. Mark Dayton on June 13, goes into effect today, making Minnesota the first state in the nation to introduce a law that provides funding for fuel retailers to make minor modifications to dispense E15.
There are many ways to celebrate the Fourth of July. But this year, perhaps another item can be added onto the list : showing your support for the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS).

With under a week left for the EPA’s public comment period for its 2014, 2015 & 2016 RFS targets, some anti-ethanol advocates are heading to Washington D.C. to testify against the RFS.
During Rep. Tim Walz's visit to Guardian Energy last Friday, the Congressman got to meet several employees at the plant including Janesville resident, Trista Rogers, who once was Walz's student at Mankato West High School.
