U Of M Distances Itself From Hill's Anti-RFS Testimony

Last week, we told you about the anti-RFS hearing in Congress which featured testimony from, among others, known anti-ethanol advocated Jason Hill from the University of Minnesota. Predicatably, some news outlets misleadingly suggested that the University of Minnesota had testified against the RFS.

Here's the statement from the University of Minnesota on the matter :

The University of Minnesota as an institution did not testify against the Renewable Fuel Standard in a Congressional House hearing on July 23, nor did U of M faculty member Jason Hill testify on behalf of the University. Jason testified entirely on his own behalf. The U of M has not taken a position on the issue.
