Our high quality of life in Minnesota, as well as across the Nation, is due in large measure to our access to energy in a readily available and usable form. One form of energy which straddles the political spectrum is biofuels. In other words, renewable biofuels are nonpartisan for a host of reasons.  Biofuels serve to make our State and Nation more energy independent, improve environmental quality, boost the local economy and help consumers at the retail fuel station save money.

These tangible biofuel benefits are right here, right now.  But we have only just begun to meet the energy needs of Minnesotans.  By working together we can do even more to keep Minnesota based biofuel enterprises strong so they can produce renewable energy to more fully meet the needs of Minnesotans.
