According to data from the Minnesota Department of Commerce, the volume sold in the first half of 2022 was 17.87 percent higher than than the volume sold over the same period in 2021 (40.01 million gallons).

While the 8.16 million gallons sold in June was slightly lower than the 8.57 million gallons sold in May, it should be noted that only 216 stations reported their sales in June compared to 248 in May. 

In fact, the average volume sold per station in June was 37,814 gallons compared to 34,573 gallons in May. 

The 8.16 million gallons of E15 sold in June was the second consecutive month the volume in Minnesota exceeded the 8-million-gallon mark and 14th consecutive month it has exceeded the 7-million-gallon mark.
