The volume in November was lower than the 6.96 million gallons of E15 sold the previous month as the traffic volume in Minnesota fell in November. 

According to data from the Metropolitan Council, traffic in the Twin Cities metro in November was on average 27 percent lower than the same period in 2019.

In fact, during the Thanksgiving period (Nov 22 to 29), traffic volumes plunged 34.7 percent.

In October, traffic in the Twin Cities metro was on average 20 percent lower than October 2019.

In total, 68.11 million gallons of E15 was sold in Minnesota in 2020 as of Nov 30.

In 2019, 71.5 million gallons of E15 was sold over the same period.
