Thomas Harwood has served as CEO for Al-Corn Clean Fuel since June 1, 2022. Working at Al-Corn since 2016, Harwood most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer where he led the team responsible for the safe, reliable operations at the facility. Previously, he served as the Director of Technology for Revolution Fuels LLC, overseeing the development and deployment of a novel enzymatic biodiesel production technology. He has a history in emerging biotechnology, bioprocess, and biofuels production companies, and is a proud long-time member of Minnesota's business community. Harwood is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Harwood also serves on the board of directors at Guardian Energy Management, Renewable Products Marketing Group, LLC, (RPMG) and the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA).
